Distribution of Meat for Needy Families in Yemen 2025:

In June 2025, sacrificial meat — 344 lambs/sheep and 110 cattle — was distributed in the Republic of Yemen.
The meat distribution covered several cities in Yemen, including Taiz, Ibb, Al-Hudaida, Sana’a, Dhamar, Ma’rib, Al Mahrah, Al Mahwit, Hadhramaut, and rural areas.
Approximately 5,200 families benefited from the project, including the poor, needy, orphans, displaced persons, homeless individuals, and the sick. Each family received about 2–3 kg of meat.

Distribution of Meat for Needy Families in Yemen 2024:

In June 2024, sacrificial meat — 256 lambs/sheep and 34 cattle — was distributed in the Republic of Yemen.
The meat distribution covered several cities in Yemen, including Taiz, Ibb, Al-Hudaida, Marib, Sana’a, and rural areas.
Approximately 2,100 families benefited from the project, including the poor, needy, orphans, displaced persons, homeless individuals, and the sick. Each family received about 2–4 kg of meat.

Distribution of Meat for Needy Families in Yemen 2023:

In June/July 2023, sacrificial meat — 172 lambs/sheep and 42 cattle — was distributed in the Republic of Yemen.
The meat distribution covered several cities in Yemen, including Hadramaut, Taiz, Ibb, Al-Hudaida, Dhamar, Marib, and rural areas.
Approximately 2,100 families benefited from the project, including the poor, needy, orphans, displaced persons, homeless individuals, and the sick. Each family received about 2–4 kg of meat.

 

Distribution of Sacrificial Meat in Yemen – 2022:

In July 2022, sacrificial meat from 145 lambs/sheep and 111 cattle was distributed in the Republic of Yemen.
Approximately 4,560 families benefited from the project, including the poor, needy, orphans, displaced persons, homeless individuals, and the sick. The meat distribution covered several cities across Yemen.

The first phase included the governorates of Sana’a, Taiz, Tihama, and rural areas, benefiting 650 families.
The second phase included the governorates of Taiz, Dhamar, Al-Hudaida, Ibb, Hadramaut, Marib, Hajjah, Aden, and rural areas, benefiting 3,500 families.

In Yemen, meat (105 sheep/lambs and 123 cattle) was distributed. Around 5,360 poor and needy families with their children benefited from the project.
The meat distribution covered several cities in Yemen, including Ibb, Hadramaut, Marib, Al-Hudaida, Taiz, Hajjah, Dhamar, Al-Mahwit, Aden, and Amran.

Distribution of Sacrificial Meat – Yemen 2020:

In Yemen, meat (220 sheep and 153 cattle) was distributed. Around 3,980 poor and needy families with their children benefited from the project.
The meat distribution covered several cities in Yemen, including Sana’a, Ibb, Hadramaut, Marib, Al-Hudaida, Taiz, Hajjah, Dhamar, Al-Mahwit, Aden, Lahj, Abyan, Al-Jawf, Shabwah, Al-Mahrah, and Amran.

Distribution of sacrificial meat – 2019 in Yemen:

The organization “Together for Children ” has a project for distributing sacrificial animals during Eid al-Adha to needy children and their families in Yemen, in the regions of Aden, Dhamar, Taiz, and Sanaa, where children and their families are exposed to extremely difficult living conditions due to war and blockade, and where poverty is rapidly increasing.
